Hey Lady Studios LLC handmade handbags are backed by a limited one-year warranty. Any damage not caused by normal wear and tear or negligence of the buyer is eligible to be repaired at no cost. The buyer assumes the cost of shipping item to Hey Lady Studios. Hey Lady Studios will pay to ship the item back to you once the repairs are complete. Any other repairs are covered on a case-by-case basis, at the discretion of Hey Lady Studios, and the buyer assumes responsibility for all shipping costs.

All returns on hardware are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out to customer support for assistance. In the event that the hardware order was packed and filled correctly, and the error was on the customer’s part, returns may be accepted however the buyer assumes responsibility for shipping costs.

If a package is marked as delivered and is not received please contact your local post office to locate the package.  Unfortunately, I am unable to offer a refund if the package is not located.

 

FAQ:

I spilled coffee on my bag! What do I do?

- If your handbag was made with a canvas lining, good news! Wipe away the liquid on the canvas and let it dry. Our canvases are all made to be either waterproof or water-resistant, so they can handle spills. Most Hey Lady Studio handbags are also machine washable. Please ensure that you wash on cold, gentle cycle, and lie flat to dry. Be sure to spot test any stain removers in a hidden area to ensure there will be no discoloration.

What is the difference between Waterproof canvas and WRC?

-Waterproof canvas contains a coating that allows it to hold water. WRC, or water-resistant canvas, will hold water for a short period of time but it will bleed through eventually. Both fabrics are treated to be hydrophobic, meaning the liquid will bead up and is able to be wiped off.

 Do you sell hardware kits?

-We do have a limited amount of hardware sets. Please double check the quantity and colors when purchasing.

 I ordered the wrong color hardware, can I exchange it?

-In order to keep costs down, all returns/exchanges are on a case-by-case basis. If you have any other questions, reach out to support@heyladystudios-llc.com for assistance.

 When will my order arrive?

-In most cases, orders are packed and shipped within 2 business days. Orders placed around holidays or containing custom items may take longer. Once the package is shipped, we unfortunately have no way to know or control when your order will arrive. All orders come with tracking numbers for your convenience. If it has been longer than 2 weeks, please feel free to reach out to support@heyladystudios-llc.com

 Do you ship internationally?

-At this time we are not offering international shipping.

 Do you offer wholesale?

-No, we don’t.
